WIRED – Flip The Switch, was initiated by the constant passion of making a significant difference in the lives of the present-day Youth.
WIRED constitutes the youth leg of LYNETTE BEER’s SEEDS OF INSPIRATION.
Our objective is simplistic: The truth about yourself sets you free!
Although there is ample inspiration and motivation in the school market, really knowing yourself and wanting to change, is not an easy decision and task. We offer a feasible system, which focuses primarily on the self-discovery of the learner: EMPOWERMENT of the SELF!
Learners are made aware of their own unique temperament, thereby enabling them to better know and understand themselves before being able to go out and be serviceable.
Lynette Beer of Seeds of Inspiration adapted a century old system to create her ultra-practical Four-Colour Temperament Model © which ultimately serves to empower people to reach their fullest potential and to develop meaningful relationships.
Focussing on mutual abilities and limitations from the correct perspectives, will ensure that group functioning is much more meaningful and successful.
